Yeah John Pollock is one of the most knowledgeable wrestling journalists around. I can't sit through 3 hours of Raw so I catch up on the review a raw shows
The Ric Flair show is good because flair accidentally drops spoilers etc often and tells stories that his guests are like 
about.
His co-host teeters on annoying at times tho, he loves digging at the "Internet community" as tho he's above it when he comes across like a typical iwc fan himself.
