But I want experience everything the island has to offer

Personally always go for Lamb patties myself but one time I had a Saltfish one.

Here's what I do:

I make them in beef patty burgers: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, mayo put it between coco bread, you're good to go.

That's the only way I really eat them.
