Lets not act like every corner bodega, shop, restaurant, and bakery got jamaican beef patties. I love jamaican patties but lets be honest, jamaican patties oversaturated the market. And now you got people like @Binary getting all inventive, soiling the brand

Not to mention the quality out there...The bodega joints is . 50% of the restaurants in brooklyn serve that ashy brand. Only Golden crust joints is . Most other bakeries just cop the golden crust brand, getting redundant

You're right about the beef patties being over exposed. Every pizza shop in my hood had em, and threw mozzarella cheese it. Even pepperoni if you wanted

There was a Golden Crust on Hillside ave by me, that wasn't too bad . The small shop on the south end of Coliseum block
I need to find a spot in Philly

O yea you just reminded me... the Golden Krust pattie with mozzarella cheese. That was a fukking travesty. They don't even sell that shyt anymore. That was a hood pizzeria specialty. And you KNOW what kind of beef patties they used for that bullshyt...
