My stylist and I were discussing this a couple days ago. People give great advice. Yes, remaining positive is the best advice one can give. Thing is, if I'm in Spain and you tell me to come to Cali because the weather is great. You're only telling me to come and not how to get there.

Furthermore if you care enough to give advice and criticize people you should care enough to help them get from A to B.

My question is how do I get from A to B?

Being someone who is often given dull advice and cliches such as "it could be worse," I try to help people get from point A to B. Some people don't want to take that trip, or they aren't ready. Everyone has their own reasons so I try not to judge. Taking a leap is often something not done unless pushed. Such is life.

Hear, hear! As a former nanny, coach, and business owner I agree. Only difference between an owner and an employee is get up and go. Some people are willing to learn the hard way, which means jumping without checking your parachute.

Very true. I need to remember this and develop positive energy. It's too easy to for me spiral into a negative space and difficult to leave it. People are so negative man. Can you help me with that? nikkas are haters all the time. I absorb so much negative because I'm sensitive to how others feel. It weighs me down man.

Music is medicine. Also I meditate a lot. Got to realize that the things or people you love are not always good for you. You can still love them but love them from a distance. Also make a conscious decision on the type of man you want to be. I know for me the person I could have turned into just being from the area I come from isn't who I wanted to be as a man. Just ask yourself do you want to be a negative person? Do you like being in that dark place?

When your life sucks it's a whole new game. Personally I hate when people expect me to be happy and positive regardless of how terrible life is going but I understand how people can have the pro positivity outlook when life is actually going great.

When the same people you help turn on you,thats a hard pill to swallow..

There are some losses that sting longer than others and create the negativity..

The people that are meant to be in your life will come breh whether it be women, friends or family. Just have to be patience and do good in the world. Patience is a virtue. Everybody ain't meant to be in your life forever and sometimes it's a blessing for some people to leave it.

What they are doing I call "giving advice from on high." Or giving advice from the mountaintop. When one has their flag firmly planted into the grounds of the summit and you're lying freezing in the middle, surrounded by the twisted bodies, frozen in their own fright and hopelessness, of those who failed before you, you're not trying to hear cliches.
