i dnt have alot of friends cuz i always think that when u growin up u dnt knw need alot of friend , most of them are jealous , fake and all that

recently i had one good friend since he was superclose with his brother , i was hanging with both of them , lets just said i had 2 good friend and they were brothers .
we were superclose until one day , one of them try to hollat at my sis , i even told him dnt do dat (cuz my sis , is supposed to be ur sis too)

one day i catch them touching each other i went crazy , since then i hang out with people , only with my gf , i dnt trust nobody
meditate alot , read , work , tryna stay busy

people who knew me said that now i became anti social , i dnt even answer

i forgave my friends after 5 months , because i think you shuld stay positive but we will never be friends again , fukk that traitor
how can u be positive with people like this , you treat them good , you consider them as ur bro, then they shyt on you

A lot of people hurt breh and have issues. That's just what happens when people you trust mistreat you. I believe people like that need extra love and good brehs to help heal them.

So I did this shyt today. No matter what happened or how irritating or negative someone was I remained not cheerful or positive really, I just disallowed myself to be petty or digress. I let my inner adult and peace maker take the wheel today. I met a pretty ass girl from Atlanta. And some woman said she can feel my intense leader. She said I'm polite, strong, and a natural leader. She held my hand and she prayed for me to succeed in all things. It was intense man.

I don't have to pretend to be anything. Anyone with two eyes and ears can see I'm a leader and I come from greatness. She also said my name suites me well because he was one of the greatest leaders of all time. She kept telling me to reach my potential. She could sense greatness in me.

I also had three great ideas for recipes. I made them at work and big homie told me shyt was crack city. I reimagined and deconstructed chicken nachos. But I prepared the chicken Italiano. It's a simple yet elegant twist on two classic American staples with a california twist.

I love the presentation. It doesn't look like it what it is and it'd take a trained eye to even know what's it in and how I prepared it. And it's healthy. It's genuinely good for you, it's isn't a healthier alternative to poison. It promotes good health.

Ironically a lot of vegan food contains more sugar than its conventional alternative making it less healthy because sugar converts into fat. Lmao, vegans

I also figured out how to make kombucha today. It's a wrap now. My menu just went to the next level. I didn't know it was simple. All I gotta say is melon infused kombucha will be on deck when I balance the recipe.


Not everyone can make these items. Most cooks wouldn't be able to make them TBH. Nobody cooks like me anymore. Everybody cooks modern fusion bullshyt. I cook Americana. And gourmet vegetarian, and real Southern Italian food. I'm proud of it too.

When a chef of ten plus years tells me a recipe is fire its a keeper. Got a plate on IG, again! And I got an offer to be a sushi chef for one of the premier sushi spots in my area.
