However, I think he is more mad that american culture as a whole has taken over Europe being as that is our biggest export across the world and a means of diplomacy which has essentially stopped Russian/communist expansion throughout the world.

Is hip hop one of America’s main exports? Not purposely. It’s just such a dominant movement that it has become the soundtrack for american exceptionalism. And thus will receive the bulk of the aggression. But I doubt they’re playing drill music in the Russian trenches.
