Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has described western Polish territory as a "gift" from Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin, claiming that it was his actions that caused Poland to receive this area from Germany after World War II.

"The western territories of present-day Poland are a gift from Stalin to the Poles, have our friends in Warsaw forgotten about this? We will remind you," Putin threatened at a meeting with members of the Russian security council on July 21.

The dictator also instructed the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Sergei Naryshki,n to monitor Poland's possible intention to “occupy Western Ukraine.” There is no evidence of this being a possibility.

In Putin's imagination, a "Polish-Lithuanian-Ukrainian initiative in the field of security" may “occupy” Western Ukraine. He did not provide any evidence for this.

He threatened Poland with the loss of its independence as a result of "such aggressive politics." Putin also claimed that Poland owes its independence to the Soviet Union.

On May 21, Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin blamed Poland for “betraying historical memory” and claimed it owes over $750 billion to Moscow for its liberation from Nazi Germany and rebuilding of the country.

"For centuries, Russia has been great at turning things on their heads to pull the wool over our eyes," Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said, commenting on Volodin's absurd claims.

Perfect point. The "Ukraine has bioweapons" was like the first tankie/Russian propaganda bullshyt that stuck AFTER the invasion. Remember, the first pre-invasion spin was that Russia would never attack Ukraine, the US is lying, why believe their intelligence after Iraq, etc etc. After the invasion started they went radio silent, if you remember. Sure some were saying "this will be a cake walk for Russia" but I believe MOST of the trolls and tankies were simply waiting for Russia to take Kviv in a few days. When that didn't happen, and those tanks around Kyiv got fukked up, THEN they started with the bioweapons talk to justify the war. And as the war went worse and worse for Russia, they dropped that too.

Basically they pop up every few months to claim Russia is winning. Then as it becomes clear Russia is still losing, they hide and wait for the next pop up.

End of the day it's about Marxists and anti-capitalism. It doesn't matter that Putin kills journalists or imprisons politicians to them. Doesn't matter that China locks down cities with an iron grip. Doesn't matter that China's imperialism and aggression is angering much of Asia (and driving them into the arms of the US). US bad. That's the sole message, so whatever position we take is bad and whatever position they take is good.

Of course the problem is that none of this is working for them. Russia's military capabilities are decimated to the point a mutinous group of mercenaries managed to march within miles of Moscow. China's chip manufacturing capabilities have been decimated and the bubble their economy rests on looks shaky. BRICS is already looking like a joke. Meanwhile the US economy came out of covid stronger than any western country and we're currently dismantling the alleged second best military in the world via military aid shipments that are more effective than Amazon Prime. Rough time to be praying on our downfall lol.
