this is not me overreacting but can some one answer me what makes Ryan poles better than Ryan pace as a GM the bears will be mediocre till poles is gone the worst team in the division and it's not close

Pace was way better than poles he actually got us to the playoffs a few times.

Pace was bad at managing assets but me, I never truly hated him as a GM. He went in at the right time. Poles tries to be thrifty, omits the D, and overpays people like Swift.

In defense of Pace he did maximize, for better or for worse. Poles was/has been sitting on high cap space and misplacing that money. Always harping on cap space and this and that. We don't sign anyone good.
