The problem with Hip Hop is, if you don't like a certain artist, people assume you're a certain type of fan. shyt is way too divided. I respect the fact that people can support whoever they like, and it's crazy that people don't do the same more often. If you make a certain type of music, that doesn't mean you have to only fukk with shyt that sounds like what you make. You can also like different types of artists. What you find dope is personal, not really up for debate. But it's the same for people who don't fukk with a Migos or cats like them. That doesn't make them backpackers, but maybe they just don't dig the music. That doesn't mean people who do should be seen as not "real Hip Hop heads", and you're not necessarily a "purist" just because you hate them either. It's a matter of opinion, and cats should show more respect to how diverse those will be.

naw I heard a bunch of songs, I listened to both their tapes all the way through. Dudes arent 50 Tyson garbage at all. They are solid rhymers....just that RHYMERS. But as far as putting together a cohesive project thats another story. They have the singles game on lock, but as far as a whole project.nope. Dudes dont suck as artists but they have no Midnight Marauders/College Dropout or even TM101/The State vs. Radric Davis under their belts by far.

no they are not, they served the purpose they always served, "to get an artist hot in a safe way." Thats why when artists surpass mixtape fame they never drop a mixtape again. ie. Drake.
