I was going to post this on another forum I frequent but they are all females, so at best we would merely be speculating. I'm hoping I can get genuine and honest answers from here. Please, limit your usage of profanity whilst in the presence of a female. No usage of the 'n' word, or 'b' word, or any other word you would not say to your mother. Thank you.

Recently, I turned down a man's offer for a date, and was bedazzled when weeks later he turned up to my work place and announced he was getting engaged. He had this expression on his face --> :jawalrus: and I was like :ehh:

I congratulated him and wished him well. But he stood there and went through a list about why he loved her so much! He said things like, 'she's the most beautiful woman on earth' and so forth. He went on, and on, and on, for what felt like forever but was really 10mins or so.

This has happened to me before. Whenever I refuse a date, the man will turn up with another woman (to somewhere I frequently visit) and feel the need to make sure I know/see it. But if he's truly happy, why does he feel the need to tell me or show me?

Are those type of men just trying to make females jealous? When truly they are like this...

The obvious answer is the correct one.

Any time a nikka is rejected by a bytch (or vice versa) he receives some sort of validation by proving to the bytch that he can pull a better bytch. He wants to rub it in your face with what you possibly missed out on by trying to tell you how much he loves her and how good he treats her, whatever.

This isnt just with relationships. People do this in all facets of life. I fired a girl from my work about a month ago. Couple weeks later she called me up to tell me she has a new job and shes making much more money. I just :yeshrug: cause she still didnt make anywhere near what I make...but it was obviously important to her to let me know shes doing better without me.

the evils of truth, and love
sounds like from your female perspective it was affecting you but id bet it was his new girls idea to do all that in the first place

maybe if he was a gay man you would have a case though

Women do it too. Humans play games and like to trigger emotions in one another.

I like walking around with a stack of money and my iphone hanging off my belt buckle just to watch the haters roll eyes. I sometimes wonder if they make threads about it like "I saw this black guy walking around with a stack of bills with his iphone as his belt buckle, why do people floss so hard, I dont even care but im making a thread about it"

you know that type of thing.

TELL ME YA CHEESIN FAM?

I walk around a little edgy already

Excuse me, sir! I politely requested that no profanities be used in this thread. If you cannot control the urge, then please use the asterisk to express yourself.

I'm sure you wouldn't want a man to refer to your daughter as ***, so please do not disrespect my father! Or any of the men in my family who worked hard to raise me well.
