shyt, I was like 245 pounds back in my freshman year of college. Didn't know about that until I developed sleep apnea and a couple of girls commenting me on the baggy clothes that I was wearing. By my sophomore year, I went to the trend mill hard and lost over 50 pounds and ate healthier. Thank god I got rid of that excess weight back when I was 19 years old, and not when I'm 40+ on the verge of death.
