In the majority of these cases, the PR hit and potential issues it can cause in the workplace isn't going to be worth bringing these people into the fold. Contrary to popular beliefs, a lot of MAGAs are MAGAs in hiding and aren't dumb enough to be anywhere associated with it publicly and potentially mess up their bread in the process.

So he might do a year and a half at best.

Another thug back on the street to terrorize our communities

I was thinking 6 months to a year. There’s no way he does the entire time. Despite the judge saying the justice department wasn’t being hard enough on these people, this was the sentence.

From the MAGA's perspective, yes. Everyone else, not so much.

We've already seen what has happened to MAGAs over the years and how it's messed with their bread in the process. For example, them getting websites shutdown as credit card company's want no part of being associated with them.

They do have a platform among their own. All he has to do is cut his hair, shave, and wear regular clothes. The average person wouldn’t notice this man walking down the street without the theatrics.

It will have to be off the books or a small small town for the majority of these people as otherwise they'll never be able to live a semblance of normal life again. That's the aspect that people are overlooking. Time isn't going to help them maneuver their way out of the situation because of high profile the incident was. That's not even counting the aspects of privileges that they had beforehand (like voting) that they obviously won't be able to do now.

What helps him in particular is that people only know him as Qanon Shaman and not actually his real name. That still isn't going to help his cause though when it comes to background checks as they'll figure out his history and who he actually is.
