That's the point, SFV on PC has this problem even with other controllers. On PC it STILL shouldn't be this much of a pain to play games.

Uhh, I'm not talking about setting up the controller. It works in other games, in SFV it's problematic. Other PC games seem to work fine(some of them do). SFV doesn't support Dinput(yet).
