The Order at least has unique looking weapons and settings. This on the other hand looks like a straight to DVD video game adaptation.

Y'all are misunderstanding what's happening with the A.I.

When he does that dash he's stopping time, so when he comes out of it the enemys are supposed to look lost and confused.

As for comparing this to The Order

Game still looks plain as day, nothing special at all about this. The shooting mechanics are sloppy, but i do like the time effects though idk maybe they need to show more powers or something
