Nah, I feel like exercise is more important that diet. Somebody with an average diet but works out 5 to 6 days a week will be healthier than a couch potato on 1500 calories.

Exercise you can get away with more bad habits because it heals your body.

That's scientifically false. Exercise definitely helps, but at the end of the the day no matter how much you workout if you're eating too many calories you won't lose weight.

If you want to just purely lose weight, this has merit

If you want to lose weight, have healthy organs post weight loss, and want maintain your weight loss, Diet is 10x more important than exercise
