being a queens resident and native I'd love to agree with you but queens as a whole been looking flabby and sick for quite some time

we did this to ourselves though

nas at the top and we got spit gemz, action bron, trag, large pro, royal flush blazin the undergrnd

new comers like Worlds Fair and Junclassic prove you wrong. please state reasons your examples were none

we got dope music and albums from Nas, Mobb Deep, Pharoahe Monch, Nature, Royal Flush and Onyx

even 50 Cent has found relevancy in hosting NYC's Summerjam

Q-Tip had some nice buzz with that feature on Busta joint

if I left any albums or relevant moments, drop em here

:shaqhaha:

This post sums up the coli real well, only in coli land is :fif: as relevant as Kanye or Kendrick

it's all subjective I guess but I wouldn't call those guys (other than nas) relevant in 2014. their impact in the hip hop game is next to none when you compare it to what queens was doing as a whole from like 94 - 2000

ok I see you just said blazing the underground... I don't really follow the underground scene but I wouldn't call relevance in the underground running 2014

mcs are their own worst enemy in terms supporting and shedding light on new and upcoming talent

personally I feel that's why queens and ny fell off

actually your post sums up the idiocy and lemming-like style you portray

I never mentioned kendrick or kanye. I simply stated musically that Queens was consistent.

kanye and kendrick haven't dropped any music this year so your stanning and its sad.

for example, I saw a recent nature interview where the interviewer asked him who were some of the up and coming qb mcs making noise

and nature was like "there's a lot of dope mcs in qb but I don't want to shout them out by name because they'll get big headed"

smh

that's fair enough and Queens was definitely running shyt much more back then

but your speaking about as a whole and the industry is dfferent now

I am personally only speaking on the music

all the artists I listed dropped dope albums THIS YEAR 2014.

I don't even like the mobb joint but I'm in the minority on here apparently

also you can't talk about queens falling off if you ain't into the whole scene too.

you missing huge pieces of the puzzle.

:flabbynsick: nikkas so out of touch with reality.

Almost as delusional as the old ass east coast cats saying that hiphop was dead when NY lost is relevancy to the south in mid 2000.

Minaj is by far the most relevant from Queens,
