It's not his flow, it's his delivery. It's why Drake made "10 Bands" sound so much better. Quentin is a dope writer and his flows are fine; it's the delivery department he's lacking in.

@jerzboy already explained...it's not his voice. His delivery is off & too laid back. Lacks energy
