QM wrote on a few tracks (5 of 17 tracks) he's in the tracklist and didn't even write the entire 10 Bands. QM and Drake crafted songs together.

Of course though nikkas not gonna hear what QM has to say.

The fact remains is that those are HIS vocals on the 10 Bands reference track. So unless Q decided to go do a cover of the song for whatever reason, his track was meant for Drake. Those are the facts. We don't know what else he wrote or to what extent on the other songs, but seeing as how we have an instance of Q giving a full verse and hook, it's not a stretch to believe those weren't the only hooks and verses he wrote on the tape. The only thing this message confirms is that things must be scrambled at OVO, because this should've came at the same time 40 sent those tweets out.

a ghost writer is someone who silently writes songs for cash and gets no credit for it while the artist gets full credit as if HE wrote the song.

THAT is not the case here. QM got song writing credit on eerything he contributed to.

That's a co-writer breh which is what he was credited as. A ghostwriter isn't mentioned at all and gets hush money to basically stay off the grid.

A GHOSTwriter is a writer who is not credited. Quentin Miller is credited, which makes him a writer, no ghost. Where is the contradiction? Just because he said "collaborated" (which they did) instead of "I wrote this verse, this hook, etc."? Nothing QM said is a lie

to QM for setting the record straight, but this response has more to do with saving his career than anything else. By Meek recklessly putting him on blast, he undermined the relationship between QM & Drake. A good ghostwriter is always supposed to be in the background, they're not supposed to get famous off of it. I know QM only put this out to try & get back to work & clarify as much as he can without damaging their working relationship
