Let's say if an artist like J.Cole or Nipsey Hussle (or anyone for that matter) put out an album with a song called "The Coli" or "Ducktales", can the owners seek money from the artists? Why or why not?

yea, I know Ducktales (woo -oo- oo), but I'm just asking a hypothetical question. Clearly, there are songs out there where the titles are the same as some copyrighted movies (Lethal Weapon) and companies, but the artist doesn't have to pay for that, right?

So...if I wanted to, I can have a song on an album and title it "Rush Hour 2" and I won't get in trouble or have to pay anyone any money?
