The answer to this question for me is I don't plan on ever snitchin cuz I'm a real nikka so until comes up ima sit on my highhorse and say fuk these snitches mayne....fact is I ain't never had the option of 30 years turning into 5yrs or no yrs at all....so until u been put in that situation all u really doin is talking....I ain't never seen nobody who got a 1million dollar reward on em sittin outside my house or in public either....just about everybody got a price,the state know it and in your own mind you thinkin about your kids and shyt,your youth,just scared of jail or w/e...in your own mind you got a price too.

They need a campaign about fuk nikkas who put innocent people in a position where they gotta snitch too,but nikkas ain't gon do that....u gon slip your gun and drugs inbetween the front seats and have the when the cops show up?u could argue that's worse than snitchin cuz u forcin that mans punishment,it ain't fuked up cuz u didn't say the words " he did it"?....its crazy how dudes snitch when it ain't gon help thoonce u confess to shooting the nikka u might as well take the fall for everybody...u think namin the driver and other nikkas that wuz there gon get u less time cuz the police said "maybe we can help you"

Scenario: You and a friend gets pulled over by the police. Cop finds weed in your car. It is your friend's weed but you are about to get in trouble for it. Is that some kind of form of snitching by your friend if he doesn't speak up and own up to it and let you get in trouble for it?

Dam that's a good as question. Cause technically you are helping the police solve a crime both of you are connected to.

At what # will you crack? If the judge says you gotta do 1 year, I'm pretty sure alot of people won't snitch, and the way life is so stressful it may be even a welcome escape for some. What about a 3-5 or if the judge starts with double digit #s ? Are you really ready to do 10 years just so you can say you didn't snitch? At what # do you break the "no snitchin" rule?

see the problem with snitching is the fact you did it on your own... nobody forced you. so i'm guessing we're not talking about "i saw a crime go down" or "somebody came in and killed my mother"

for you to ask what sentence we'd take, means i'm assuming i got caught doing some illegal shyt.. well that's my motherfukking fault. i chose to pick up that crack, sell it, spend money, drive nice cars, have money, etc etc etc. illegally and not giving the government shyt. laughing in their face for years as i beat the system...........

then i get caught.. now i'm supposed to help do your job officer. do what you haven't been able to do. and start telling on every single person i know, who's basically held me down all these years and who trust me. they didn't get caught but i'm solely responsible for them doing 25 years, their kids not having a parent, their life being fukked up. and the only thing they ever did wrong was sell me drugs to help me get paid


i couldn't live with myself. and call me a bytch or whatever... you give me life in jail and i'm killing myself. what's a life worth living if you living in jail with no chance to ever get free or anything.. fukk it homie

this nikka from my old hood caught a murder charge but it was knocked down to manslaughter 2 yrs ago...while on probation

He got the worst charge in the book. No cop can get you a deal on a murder to manslaughter before trial, that's the prosecutors job.

Now if he was charged with drugs, guns, etc and told the feds about someone with a body or info like that, then its understandable how its reduced.

I know many people like you who jump to conclusions. I've seen people get convicted for a few grams of weed or an assault they actually didn't do, and I've seen those beat attempts and m's with a number of eyewitnesses and they immediately think they snitched.


Every case is different.

The premise of not snitching is integrity...don't talk, you talked all that gangster shyt when you were out there...and now you want a deal? You are ruining someone elses life because you got caught, and can't handle it. You knew the stakes getting in, nothing is promised and no one put a gun to your head.

BUT if you are in the game for years and get caught in a situation you have no right to rat, you chose that lifestyle. I've seen people rat and they say "I only did it because I didn't want to see my mom cry"
