The MP3 I have sounds like a shytty web rip and I've never been able to find anything I would consider "cdq"

Maybe the "official" cd or vinyl sounds any better? Not sure since its a mixtape if it sort of retains the bootleg quality or if it sounds cdq.

As far as i know it was only released as an mp3. Maybe it was pressed on some single disc cases for hiphopsite.com back in the day, but I bet it's hard to find.

I'm gonna catch shyt for this but I swear some engineer slid Jay's vocals. They're so tight and right on top of the beat. Jay naturally was rapping in the pocket so perfect back then. Since the first few bars are the same, compare it with the first PSA.


I know it's some real next level nerdy shyt to be thinking something like that, but on the first PSA Jay's rapping right behind the beat and it's got such a groove to it. I love the beat and the lyrics for the 2nd one though. I remember hearing them in the booth and thinking I'd honestly never hear Jay rap again. I fell for the okie doke.
