Question about the mark of the beast?

How have people reached the conclusion that any of the covid vaccines are the mark of the beast with verses such as this one? It doesn't sound like this is a vaccine.

Because they have allowed themselves to be influenced by WS who are being backed by the evangelical church, because it plays into the whole apocalypse scenario. They are trying to will it into existence. Hence why they believe every syllable that comes from Trump.

Its uneducated and looks more and more like a good portion of US, Canada amd Europe have become Talibangelicals. They have adopted the same "its our way and our God or death" mentality we "fought" against post 9-11...

Because it’s an amorphous scripture that can be easily interpreted to mean “anything.”

Trust me, I grew up Pentecostal - and every few years there’s a new thing to get the Christians to claim “mark of the beast.” I remember when it was bar code tattoos, then cell phones (including iPhones), septum piercings, etc.

edit: or like @Dorian Gray is claiming, “it’s cryptocurrency.”
Basically, to interpret any of the scriptures as “Mark of the Beast” you have to purposely ignore all of the context, the clear references to other scriptures (I.e. Isaiah, Ezra, Enoch, etc), and be incredibly loose with your interpretations.
