So, when these Youtube folks like Vitaly and all the other funny folks do their Youtube videos, are they supposed to have the other participants sign waivers, or at least verbally agree on camera that they`re fine with their footage being used? If not, wouldn't the owner of the web video series eventually have to take that vid down (or edit that chunk) of the person in it complains?
