Question brehs, why is it more acceptable to fight in Hockey and Baseball than in the NBA and NFL

After the incident with Bryce Harper yesterday and the response from folks, I started wondering. This was seen as a positive thing from all the radio stations I listented to today but why wouldn't the same be said for the NBA or NFL. It can't be race because that's to obvious but what am I missing here?

Isn't there always skirmishes after every goddamn down? Y'all act like there wasn't a lot fighting in The NBA before Stern cleaned it all up after the Ron Artest incident.

It's has to be more to it than than. I mean baseball teams can clear the bench and dudes can run 30 yards out the bullpen with no repercussion. Hocky players can square up and beat the shyt out of each other while the refs watch. It can't just be race.

hockey.....well thats just apart of the culture im assuming

i dont follow it at all. but i can guarantee that if someone gets knocked out and goes brain dead or have severe head injuries they will stop

as fan as the nba....that shyt aint gonna fly....you saw what happened at Detroit.

and aint no one gonna fight in the NFL with helmets

so the bottom factor is culture imo
