He’s not Steph or Kyrie or Tim Hardaway, but he handles the ball well enough to play the point forward role effectively (to say the least).

He’s proof that you don’t need “handles” to be considered by some the GOAT. Handles matter to guards, not to 250lb forwards.

For being a power forward in size at 6'8-6'9 and between 250-260 pounds Bron has than enough handles to me. Though i think they were better when he was younger and he has a little bit more in the bag then he shows at times. I still remember that behind the back dribble move in 07 against Detroit that i don't recall seeing him pull out ever since.
I can dig this, he really doesn't try much. But when I see Zion splitting defenses and doing spin moves, behind the back moves, in and out, hesi's, crossovers with ease then I'd think Bron should have shown a lot more in 19 years.

Bron always played smart basketball. Exploit the defense, find the open man or open spot on the floor.

His handle has always been effective in terms of advancing the ball, getting by the defender, and creating shots for himself.

Nobody cares about that And1 shyt.

This far into his career, he just shouldn't be operating from the perimeter as much. Should be in the high post.
He is better at making tough ass jumpers than creating space for easy ones, all of his jumpers are usually well contested.

He is great at controlling the rock and not turning it over, GREAT at probing the defense with a live dribble, but I think bro is below average at creating space for sure.

bron still tries to get shifty but he's not built for it

it's like expecting a tank to handle like a sports.car

he has the best handle for any player of comparable build.stature

Who has a similar build/stature though :patrice:? I used Zion and KD as comparisons because they both are not supposed to be able to dribble that well with their unique builds/skills. Honestly though, Bron body is legit a equal combination of both them nikkas :pachaha:. Put a skinny nikka and a brolic nikka together you get Bron lol.

heavy.z is mini.shaq but playing a slashing attacking type of style or like a shorter but heavier giannis

Good choices bro bro, especially Admiral. Bron is muscular as hell, but he is lean as hell (his body ain't wide), Young Mailman and Zo both fit that description :ehh:.

:dead:

mans is in his 19th year. Don’t you think coaches would have been did this if this were the case?

Brons handles are just fine. On the other hand you have a dude like cam reddish who dribbles like he just learned how to play basketball. Bron isn’t flashy like Kyrie but he isn’t absolute trash like Cam when it comes to handles

you still mad about that knicks trade :heh:

Cam definitely has better handles than lebron :umad:

Son handles was nasty. He was splitting doubles and staggering all NBA defenders in some of these clips. He's had a stash but once again he stopped emphasizing that earlier in his career.

I love KD and Giannis but KD be carrying like hell on his crossovers. But KD is lanky with his dribble. Giannis is more like LeBron also where his frame as bigger as it got dribble is more stiff and robotic. but his first step and stride so crazy he don't really need to waste motion go ahead and get to your spot or paint and finish.

Kobe started doing that also, whereas his handle is nicer than all the dudes I named. He showed out earlier in his career but as he got older he didn't waste motion. Get to where he needed to be quickly and get his bucket. But mamba would pull out shammgods and other stuff too. Kobe handle was really dope. Those behind the backs and split doubles was ill. He used to bring out the metro sometimes too.

KD be carrying like hell on his crossovers.
KD just has a nasty shot creation package especially the double crossover and he’s so long and slippery and such a good shooter he has a high dribble and isn’t a very secure ball handler at all tho. The more time KD spends on ball the more you see those TO’s climb with rips and bad passes.
