The 718
Kobe had high BBIQ tho :dwillhuh:
And threw it all away when it came to his shot selection and approach.

A guy like MJ shot in high volume but took great shots. Even when he was attacking a double team he'd barrel to the paint and try to draw contact rather than take a retarded fadeaway

He had extreme confidence bordering on irrationality and barely trusted his teammates :mjlol:

That's my mamba tho :to:

Kobe still had high-IQ, his over-shooting, aside. I would always take high-IQ. It doesn't win you as many regular seasons games, but in the playoffs it is the most important piece.

Durant had mamba mentality when he pulled up on Lebron last year

And mamba has some of the highest IQ in nba history, fukk yall talkin bout?

Dude used to communicate in SPANISH with Gasol, fukk outta here

DAMN I'm just saying those that want to have mamba mentality sometimes don't have the BBIQ to go with it ...:gucci:

Which is why he didn't exhibit nearly as much "mamba mentality" in the playoffs. People like to rewrite the history but he didn't win five rings as "Psycho Bean". He won five rings by taking a step back and using the size and rebounding advantages his teams had.

I agree with that he used that huge front line like he should have the only time he did not was that 04 finals

Oh, I didnt read this as a shot at Kobe. Kobe had incredibly high BBIQ. so that doesnt make sense. I read this in context of it being directed at me as I am currently.

The disrespect to :childplease: is highly:childplease:.

Cool poster, stupid thread. Everyone knows Kobe had a high IQ. @Bilz summed it up perfectly. Smart and unselfish, sans the Pistons series.

stern & the suits killed hero.ball

individual dominance is harder to establish

like i said brodie & melo players like that belong in the iso.era

dominant individual talents with anti-social playing styles

*

Why not have both. Just because a player has mamba’s mentality, doesn’t mean their iq has to be low. Kobe has both. Shyt, jordan kicked a ball out to Kerr to hit a game winner. The problem is a lot of the iso ball gods had low iqs. Stern didn’t kill shyt but the hard fouls. If anything he saved the game from the aau bullshyt.

Iverson played iso ball but he still has a high iq.

Need somewhere in the middle but don’t want a dumb player.

Westbrook’s a mental case.

We know about him being extremely ball dominant and his problems playing with other great players but last night to take Rubio having a good scoring game so personally that you made it a mission to “stop him from scoring” when he doesn’t really even want to score and how that led to you getting 4 early fouls how just paying attention to him opened up things for other players who are better scorers then Rubio is just flat out idiotic.
