We're not super official but I'm not seeing anyone else. We're both really busy. We're very close, though. Should I try to get her into therapy? I don't even know how to suggest that to someone.

Sounds like your girl was abused and/or fetishizes abuse because she's a masochist. I wouldn't hit her outside the context of consensual sex and make sure she agrees that it's what she actually wants. If it's uncomfortable for you, find a new girl.

Everything was great in the beginning, then once you get more emotionally invested the cracks start to show. Why be the man to fix her by getting her into therapy when she will feel better and it'll be a next dudes turn by then.

Honestly just cut your losses now when you'll forget about her in a few weeks, instead of continuing down that road you are headed. Trust me if she hasn't had therapy you will have to deal with that unresolved emotions.

Good point. I guess since we've been friends for about a year, hooking up occasionally, I'm concerned about her well being. This chick was my wingman when we first met. But it may be a good idea to just not get any more involved.
