You're spot on. I dont remember sports being being like the WWE growing up. Just too much gossip now

I think the business side of sports coming to the forefront is ruining it. Everybody wants to be in on the long term strategies. Contract talks dominate everything after midseason, who's staying, who's going. It seems like the sports media stations don't even analyze the actual game. They just run a couple seconds of highlights and just right into the front office crap. The worst part os that you can't get away from it even if you just wanted to enjoy the sport. And also, everyrhing being so damned over analyzed makes me watch the few games I do watch, on mute, or with a soundtrack.

I'd rather have a younger quicker player who knows what his damn role is like a good Jabroni. Before paul we had Trevor A3za, Martel Webster. Long story short, we can put damn near anyone in that "role" and they could shine.
