I'm married. I have a gym at home. Do 90 minutes three days a week and count calories five days a week. I'm at my lowest BF% since I was a junior in undergrad in 2014. Comfort weight is a real thing. As a man, you should always strive to be better than your woman financially and physically. My wife is big on yoga and cardio. She's a little smaller than I'd ultimately prefer but she's happy.
