I have a work tablet. Its the Galaxy Tab 2. When I had the Galaxy S5 I could send a picture from my cell phone to my tablet using WiFi direct. Did I just permanently give up the ability to do that with the iPhone 6? Our job locks down the tablet and the only way to get a picture on it is the native Samsung WiFi direct option.

This is a head scratcher to me. I thought WiFi direct was standard on all phones.

Have you tried doing it using bluetooth connection? Apple uses the Airdrop, but that only can be used with other Apple products

I'll have to figure out how to get an email address loaded on the tablet. Bluetooth is disabled by Maas360

lol no, youd have to email it for your situation.
I was hoping somebody made an app for jail broken phones that added that feature but I've looked and see none. I guess there are ways to do it but not with the Android tablet locked down.
