Question for the IT and Cert brehs

I just started a new job and im in training. They gave us laptops and we are suppose to be here learning more about the job and stuff. These laptops we can take home. Is it a bad idea to be on thecoli the whole time? Can they see what im doing? Can they spy on me? Will they be alerted that im on here?

I have a company laptop and work at the crib where they can't see what sites I'm on, but I dont' even use it to surf the internet. I just use my phone or personal laptop.
