QUESTION FOR THE MARRIED BREHS

Me and my wife been married about 3 years together for 8. I bought her a decent ring on a random day. Proposed to her when she got home in the bedroom. Nothing fancy. Got married in Vegas at the little white wedding chapel. Not many people there only our true close friends and family. Wouldnt do it any other way. We both loved the way our wedding went and would do it the same even if we were rich.

i think if u cant see yourself without her, fukk a timeframe. i officially proposed in december 2012, but i unofficially proposed to her on our 4th date in april and she said yes.

did you propose on a special day/special manner or with the pretense of a promise ring? (i think this is kinda childish)

Obviously i'm happy with my ol' lady.. as far as the actual wedding ceremony i'd like to wait a little while but... the engagement is what i'd like to get out the way.

Going to hawaii in month and half.

feb 14th this weekend...

feb 13th.. the feds turn my -pending case over to the D.A. office...(should be okay but... never know) so i'm in a pickle it seems

met june 2006, officially a couple in november 2006, engaged in july 2007, married october 2008

i went all out off the bat for the ring and proposal, not necessarily on a special occasion but arranged a big surprise, followed up by our friends/family waiting to celebrate w us, followed by stay in a nice hotel, then a weekend in the hamptons.

we were dating for a few years and were in college, on vacation in Florida we were just walking along the beach and talking.
It was a perfect day and it just struck me to ask her, no ring or anything, she said yes.

Stacked some money and instead of buying jewelry to floss, saved a down payment for a crib.
At 22 got married and moved into our own house.
It'll be 13 years next week.

been married 5 yrs
proposed on a snow day in winter in front of people at walmart
already had the ring bout a day in advance didnt know when i was gonna propose just felt right at that time

no wedding just normal downtown courthouse which i had recorded
we both decided to do later down the line after being married for at least 5 yrs

once we do new rings will be bought and wedding will be small probably in our new home which were working on at this very moment or in a church on military installation


we have 4 kids 2 together
she has 1 from previous relationship while i have 2 from previous relationship
were a blended family but kids get along perfectly fine its deeper than blood for them so I'm bout that

When was the moment that you realised you were sure, what specifically made you sure

i was taking a nap one day, and i woke up like " i'm ready to marry her " went out and bought the ring that same day and proposed a week later. i don't know what came over me. i was just ready.

i'm still with how it all happened.
