I knew a 34 year old 6'2 210lb man who wasn't the strongest, one day I (woman) pinned him down :smugdraper:...on second thought maybe he let me have that one, but he literally was trying to get up etcetera but couldn't lol

"Old man strength" is just another way of saying muscle memory

Nothing more, nothing less and you had to have had some young man strength at some point in your youth.

My dad is 50 and can still pull up about 225 12-15 times :leon: my grandfather 75 ...is in great shape and he is strong as hell too I see him lifting heavy shyt all the time he still think he is in his 20s the way he works i have to tell him to:whoa: some times

I feel like I've gotten stronger over the years...

But it's probably just the fact I've stayed consistently hitting the weights while also being more focused/disciplined and pushing myself more.
