Yea even though I haven't been in the gym. I'm still active. I'm always on the move. I burn calories easily for someone damn near 401. It has only been a month also even though you have not been to a gym you are still active just by walking etc.
2. If your eating habits are good then you will not notice a significant change.
Yea I need to get back in the gym pronto.just go and work out the hardest part is making it there and getting active. Treat it like a rest break.
