So I haven't been to the gym in a month, but I'm not out of shape so to speak.

I should be flabby and sick

What could be the issue or non issue?

I mean one month isn’t that long of a time if you already in good shape/health

But after a few months you might feel different

and the end of the day it’s genes too some dudes can hit McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme and do shyt and be ok

Some end up like Zion

1. It has only been a month also even though you have not been to a gym you are still active just by walking etc.

2. If your eating habits are good then you will not notice a significant change.

Yea even though I haven't been in the gym. I'm still active. I'm always on the move. I burn calories easily for someone damn near 40

After a month you could probably go back in the gym and not notice any difference.
