QUESTION ON REPLACING A SCREEN

I tried to fix the screen on a galaxy s3 but shyt aint work i ordered this

it looks like this after i put it on and yeah i know the new screen cracked too

my question is what did i do wrong? is that blue film suppose to be under the screen?
