yup, u wanna be using 80/20. or even 70/30 if ur really feeling adventurous.
For sure. I did the Wagyu ground and it was an absolute waste of time. The fat IS the point. Cooking them off in burgers leaves you with underwhelming meat. I just get 80/20 grassfed and call it a delicious ass day.

70/30 is the GOAT for splattering the walls and cooktop.
Fixed:ufdup:80/20 gang or don't bang.

I had leftover ground beef and just smoked up my entire first floor making another smashburger with homemade mozzarella sticks from scratch a few minutes ago.

You ever had someone try and sell you on a "Juicy" burger?
shyt looks like lanced ulcers, fukking up your plate.
Man, look.
I'm willing to say this is one of the FEW times where my preference may be in the minority, but the MINUTE I bite into a burger that's oozing, I'm not tasting juice/flavour (Pause).
I'm tasting uncooked meat that's moist (Pause) because people like it and it ain't for me, or even necessary I'd like to think.
The toppings/fixings bring whatever extra wetness(Pause) the burger needs in my opinion.
But that's me.
Them shyts just seem like a marketing ploy to charge you extra for shyt that didn't need doing on a patty.

Why you typing in poem format?

Anyways, you seem like the type to order a ribeye well done with extra char and dip it in ketchup to give a “juicy” effect to be safe.

yeah, super easy. just make them the same way u fry other foods.

I use the regular packs of string cheese u get from the grocery store. it's much much cheaper than buying frozen mozzarella sticks..

egg wash/flour/bread crumbs.
They taste better than store or restaurant though? Thats the questions lol
