Midjourney or Bing seems to be the most prevalent answer.
I used both and while I feel like Bing does a slightly better job, there's also a high chance of you getting your prompt rejected because Bing is heavily censored thanks to Cacs and perverts.
Got this with Bing, while Midjourney ain't been obeying my prompts to make it full on Pixar.
It takes some tweaking, but the recent thread with all the AI Pixar shyt, got alot of notes from the dude who been making 'em if you trawl it properly.

Bing struggles with displaying words/sentences and Midjourney, for all it's processing prowess is damn near dyslexic until you slip "Cats" into your prompt and then it switches you over to it's more refined shyt and gives you near perfect results since it doesn't have to search for examples to display and instead delves into curated KNOWLEDGE.
A dame blessed me with a year's subscription so simply signing up for Discord wasn't an issue, especially when you ain't gotta do nothing out of the way to access it thanks to Browser Logins.
