I Really Mean It

in 4th grade, the teacher across the hall from my home room licked the face of one of his students. at the time, while we thought it was odd, there was never any hint of him facing disciplinary action for it.

I bet he has hella stories from playing in those clubsI had a middle school band teacher in Detroit. It was pretty obvious dude played in smoky jazz clubs on weekends. Dude would start the count for a song, then drift off into a story like this, "1...2...3... I remember this one cat who got caught talking slick to the wrong dude. When they found him, they had to bury him in 2 caskets....5....6....7....8".

Yes. Mostly about how fights broke out and the end results. He was the first person I ever heard use the phrase, "...Put my foot up yo ass.." Hands down my favorite teacher of all time. "3 things you never mess with, A cat's momma, his money, or his woman..."I bet he has hella stories from playing in those clubs![]()

I need to find him, take him out to dinner so we can chop it up.
I disagree. I would only agree if the teachers were ofa certain personality and standards, I want strict teacher but they have to be fair and emotionally stable. Especially if they teach minority children. So they don't get to live out their racist power fantasies on the kids.

That's why I never understand black parents that willingly put their children in predominantly white schools. Education is important, but so is identity.
