are we gonna say Prince or Stevie would be good competition
only comp is Steveland Da Gawd
People only know Prince's hits and there's only a handful and they dont really know them that well
Most of those hits he wouldn't want played because of his religious beliefs
From J5 to Invincible, MJ has both hits and album cuts that ppl fukk wit heavy
Not to mention, MJ's hits are pretty much burned into ppl's memory
It would start off close and end in a blow out
It don't matter if you put him against 100 Stevie's and princes, michaels shyt hits crazy all over the world nobody is seeing him
GOAT amongst GOATS.
Might be the only artist who can include every single song of one album, although that album is second in my list of his.
MJs shyt it too long and diverse, so even if one might think that Aretha, Beatles, Dylan or Bob Marley would have the best greatest hits album. Mj can put together a few different greatest hits, with different vibes and all of them have complete showstoppers that everyone loves. Definition of levels.
Nobody at all..
i only know one person that could and his name is nobody
there is no direct comparison. you would have to go outside his genre to find competition
Gotta go with Stevie Wonder. I feel like people aren't going to truly appreciate how great he is until after he dies.
Diana Ross and Supremes probably
