Question: Why was I banned from Coli topic?

I received a notification stating the following

You are no longer able to reply to the thread 2015-16 Chicago Bulls Season Thread A NEW ERA HOPEFULLY BETTER RESULTS. Reason: tried to let you live but you blew it again

Not quite sure what this means, also would like to know if I broke any forum rules that constituted getting banned.

Not a big deal, as I rarely post in that thread but just curious to know what happened.

does he have to explain or can he just arbitrarily ban people? If the latter, might as well delete this thread and I'll just make sure not to respond to any threads he's in.
