How much of the music industry do we control? We really didn't have much say in this.

Shes not making nikka this n that songs. Shes just typing n sayin the shyt so it passes industry. Sure cac control the industry and buy the music... but we influence whats acceptable in pop culture. We allow this shyt... they our celebs defend it.. then we simply get accustomed to it.

No way is nikkas in the 60s or 80s coming to her defense. Her being so comfortable in this means she doesn't fear being on the outside of and not accepted by our culture. We can say shes not hip hop... but realistically new blacks and c00n blacks dominate so called hip hop. Our young people think its more ok to support gay rights, environmental rights, to be pro multiculturalism, etc..... but being pro black and EXCLUSIONARY is considered extreme.

So at the moment, we accept her but would reject Malcolm X if he were alive.
