Probably something with accounting/book keeping would be my guess

Cyber security is the future and you can mix it up with accountancy, bookkeeping etc.. Why? Because often companies that are fraudulent do it by white collar crime.

Another option is learn how to created databases in Access and Excel, mixed up with some programming. This as well is useful for accountancy and bookkeeping. I assume she's on a Windows computer? If on a Mac she can use alternative programs for Access and Excel.

If she's really skillful she can do both. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes easy.
