Brian getting a job at Disney made less sense after watching the documentary. Who hired him? The people who wrote the letter for him (Rich Correll and his wife) didn't know anything. And how would Disney not run a background check on him and find out he was a registered sex offender after the fact? He wasn't allowed to be on set, so somebody had to have known about his conviction. Way too many holes in this.
