Hell no. I don't eat pork unless it happens to be on or in a food I'm eating, like pizza for instance. So I don't eat pork chops, bacon, etc by themselves and it's very easy. If I want some meat there are always better options in my mind than pork. It's not something you HAVE to have, and thus is easy to drop IMO.

Whereas for instance dropping chicken could be tough.

So why not get ground beef and onion? That's my go to when I want pork free pizza with meat.

Really my go to pizza now is the grandma pizza with just sauce, fresh garlic and basil or something with veggies. I find the best tasting pizzas are the one with no meat and you get side of wings or tenders if you must have protein
I might try now good look lol

That soda came back hard on me junk food too.

I don't fukk with swine and fried foods I could go without bc once you eat something that's been poorly fried it'll turn you off for a while

yeah soda definitely the worse. its very rare that i drink one. just mostly drink water. too much sugar and empty calories in sodas and other drinks. not worth it.

as far as the thread goes, i do enjoy both kinds so its hard to say. everyone gonna have their own opinions and preferences. pork is more versatile and has more options, not like fried foods. but i would say that preparation is helpful if you do enjoy these items. like for bacon what i do is get the center cut ones and then bake them in the oven at 400 for about 13 to 14 minutes, maybe a bit longer if you want some more crispiness. then i wrap them in a paper towel and wipe down some of the grease. center cut has less fat than regular bacon and less sodium and cholesterol as well. plus baking it is healthier. then for fried foods like lets say some chicken or even some shrimp that i like doing at times or whatever you like, what i do is throw it in the air fryer. that way you not covering it with all that grease and oil and it still comes out just as good. plus its easier to cook cuz you not having to keep an eye on it. i set mine to 350 for 20 minutes and flip it halfway. if you choose to enjoy these items you can, but there are definitely tricks to make them better and cut some fat out of it. now regarding the junk food, shoot i know i been a fiend on that. don't eat candy as much anymore but do love some ice cream from time to time, like i had some earlier tonight. gotta make sure you don't overdo it and stay active with exercise to help burn the fat. enjoy what you want but definitely in moderation.

Mmm pork. Had pork chops last night. Seared them then finished them off with homemade onion, mushroom gravy. Paired them with rice pilaf and green beans. :ahh:

I don’t eat it enough to feel the need to completely give it up. I like bacon, pepperoni on my pizza, sausage, and ribs. Not giving any of those food items up. I don’t eat either a lot. Been skinny all my life. I stay active. Yea, I not giving it up.
