id love to do a show hosted by fat joe (when he gets out) just going around to rappers and sharing stories about the golden era. I enjoy these stories about the pre-PC rap world more than most of the music, these days.
2 years ago Kendrick was JUST another dope underground MC. Really folks rate him as the second coming because he is a good MC who actually made it on radio and sold records. Song for song, bar for bar there are plenty of dudes one his level if one doesnt weight heavy by 'relevance'.

Kendrick is really not that good lyrically. He's just better than his peers in the mainstream so it sounds great
But compared to real lyricists, he's not impressive or memorable

he was talkign about control, and I agree with that, but on his albums,n kendrick is a lyrical beast. he ain't a punchline rapper but he has some of the most complex metaphors, he has depth, and he paint picutres with every bar.
and I swear god I don't wanjt kendrick to becoem a punchline rapper, i'll always rate him ahead of everyone else as long as he can keeps rapping like he did on gkmc and s80.
