There’s a lot of ways to deal with trauma or pain. Some people drink or take drugs which is bad and wouldn’t do anyone good. Some workout or do other athletic activities which is healthy. Some take up art, music or other stuff. People need to turn that pain and trauma into something good. Sounds easier said than done but it’s possible.
