The late great Aaliyah could sing though I also like Erykah Badu, a little Alicia Keys (only song by her I really love is Fallin') and some of D'Angelo's old stuff.

When Aaliyah was alive many people thought she was terrible outside of the studio.

the thing is, Chris Brown's voice is high, and he sings REALLY high. He cant help it. Doesn't mean he can't sing. nikkas are tripping by naming him.
Breezy got vocals. High-voiced singers got it so much harder to earn respect than deeper-voices.
