I don't get how you can be comfortable going years without a check up. I faithfully get my yearly physical, gyn, eye/ear doc, dermatologist, dentist every 6 months etc. Barring an illness, these appts are a ONCE a year thing.

Yet, y'all wait till Y'all are literally half dead to get a check up
