Good obit in my opinion, that I think, does a good job teasing out the complexities of Bill Walton's (and most San Diegan's) ideas about our homeless crisis here. The Sunbreak Ranch idea is moronic and nothing more than bullshyt to campaign on. But our mayor has done nothing substantive and we already have city-sanctioned homeless camps in San Diego (that were flooded resulting in terrible mold. People have died in these camps). There are no easy answers.
