Her voice at it's peak was so special, just such a clean pop tone. The fact that her and Whitney Houston are first cousins makes complete sense.
One thing that's really great about Dionne Warwick is that she also knows music theory very well and because of that Burt Bacharach and Hal David were all able to exchange ideas, collaborate and communicate music very easily with her.
